New Service
New Service Deposit: $200.00 required to establish new service.
Billing period will be on the 15th of one month through the 15th of the next month. Water bills are due by the 15th of each month. Final day to pay your bill is the 25th of each month. Services will be terminated if not paid by the following workday. The total bill plus a late charge/reconnection charge of $25.00 must be paid prior to services being restored. NSF check charge will be $30.00.
Drop box is located in the front of building for water payments. NO CASH PLEASE.

Garbage service is provided by Texas Disposal Systems. Garbage collection is on Wednesday, please place your cart at the curb by 7:00a.m. TDS' service include the contents of the 96 gallon cart plus 2 additional 30 gallon plastic bags or bundles. Brush must be cut in 4 ft. lengths and tied into a bundle (not to exceed 30 lbs.)
